Return of Goods

We strive to ensure all your purchases reach you in perfect condition. You have the right, within two (2) business days from the date of your receipt of physical goods, to return any factory faulted items or goods delivered that are not in accordance with your order, provided that they remain unused, unopened, in their original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact.

It is your responsibility to check the contents of all packages on receipt of your orders and inform us through customerservice@cresttoys.com of any discrepancies at the earliest opportunity.

All returns must be accompanied by your dispatch confirmation email and your order reference number.

This right of return of goods does not apply to non-defective items or goods where customers make incorrect selection or simply change their mind. We reserve the right to refuse and reject such claims / returns and no refunds will be made to you.

Factory faulty Item:

We will arrange to receive the faulty item on a suitable date with you. The item will be inspected and if confirmed as faulty, a suitable form of redress (replacement / repair / refund) at our discretion will be issued. If it is not deemed faulty following inspection, then we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. We are happy to return such items to the customer at the customer’s cost.

Incorrect items:

We will arrange delivery of correct item / collection of incorrect item on a suitable date with you. The correct item will only be delivered on collection of incorrect item from you. If this arrangement fails, then you will be liable for the cost of return of incorrect item and delivery of correct item.

Damaged in transit:

We are unable to treat or accept a return of goods damaged in transit unless you notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

For a physically damaged item, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.

For a parcel signed for delivery or where the parcel is delivered via routine, if you notice the damage on opening your parcel, please inform us immediately.

In the above cases, we will advise you on how best to proceed.
